Specifically designed for cutting, edge profiling and polishing granite/stone slabs plus 3D carving capabilities.  All the features you’d expect in this 5 ton fully automated 3-axis CNC machining center has a process area 4m (157 inches) x 2m (78 inches) and can handle material up to 200mm (8 inches). Outside dimensions are 6.2m (244 inches) x 3.2m (126 inches) x 2.7m (106 inches) plus room for the controller station which includes a mobile pendent.

General Specifications:

1. Material of structure: The worktop is 25mm (1 inch) zinc plated steel, the guides and housing are steel with stainless covers.

2. Work-table effective process area: The work table is 4000mm X 2000mm,

4. Control unit description: NEWCAM controller, accepts standard dxf and g-code files output by Intelicam CADCAM software, plus most standard CADCAM systems such as MasterCam or UG software

6. Tools profiles that come standard with the machinery: Provide one complete set  of edge grinding and polishing profiles and full set of engraving tools together with machine.

10. Suction cups for material hold down: Suction cups  are provided for material hold down. Cups divided into two kinds: up and down and adjustable suction cups

11. Laser system for slab positioning;  Infrared pitches the Y axis direction for easy effective alignment to material

12. Tool store with tool holders:  20 tools on the table, plus 16 tools in external holder.

13. Rust proofing description: Most external covers are stainless steel, most internal components are zinc coated
